Rub:
- 0,5 dl Brown sukker
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 2 tbsp Onion powder
- 0,5 dl Paprika
- 1 tbsp Black pepper corns
- 1 tbsp Røget paprika
- 0,5 dl Sea salt
- 1 tbsp Yellow mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
Grind fennel, pepper, mustard and cumin in spice grinder or mortar.
Mix all ingredients and use generously on your preferred cut of beef, best if using a fattier cut.
Cook in oven at 135 C for 5,5 hours, but adjust time to cut and size of beef steak.
