Tomato Jam


  • 600 grams fresh tomatoes
  • 1 big clove of garlic
  • Ginger grated (2 times the amount of garlic)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • The juice of 1 lime fruit



Grate of cut the tomatoes finely, grate or press the ginger and garlic.

Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook for about 1 hour on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Let it cool down and store in refrigerator, it will keep for a few days.
