- 10-12 green chili peppers roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped coriander or parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 slice of bread torn into small pieces
Place all the ingredients for the green chili mojo sauce into your blender or foodprocessor and blend until everything is mixed and you've got a thick sauce. (or paste)
