- 3 tbsp white winegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Mix the winegar, sugar, mustard and garlic in a small jar, stir it a little and ad the olive oil.
Shake it well to mix and emulsify the dressing.
Tastes very nice as a sallad dressing, or can be used as marinade for beans or meat.
